We want your MELONVA experience to be clear and reliable. Please review the return terms below before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Item Condition

Returned items should include the device, small iron balls, special sand, sand comb, suction cup, power adapter, power cable, and original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

For quality issues, Melonva covers the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or parts are missing, contact us before sending anything back.

Warranty

MELONVA Kinetic Sand Art Device includes a 1-year limited warranty for quality-related issues under normal use.
