What is MELONVA Kinetic Sand Art Device?
It is an app-controlled kinetic sand art device that uses a small iron ball to draw relaxing patterns in fine white sand.
Does it require an app?
Yes. The MELONVA app is required for setup, connection, and pattern selection.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The MELONVA app is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
How do I connect the device?
Open the MELONVA app, add your device, and follow the setup instructions. Bluetooth is used during setup, and Wi-Fi is used for device control.
Does it support 5GHz Wi-Fi?
Please use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup.
What comes in the box?
The package includes the device, two small iron balls, one bag of special sand, a sand comb, a suction cup, a power adapter, and a power cable.
Should I use both iron balls at the same time?
No. Use only one small iron ball during operation. The second ball is included as a spare.
Why is the pattern incomplete?
The sand surface may be uneven, or the iron ball may not be positioned correctly. Pause the device, level the sand again, place one iron ball at the center, and restart the pattern.
Why cannot the app find my device?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Restart the app and put the device back into setup mode if needed.
How do I reset network settings?
Press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds until the indicator light changes, then reconnect through the app.
Can I use it as a gift?
Yes. MELONVA is suitable for home decor, office desks, meditation spaces, and thoughtful gifts.
